MP and close DP Ruto ally Oscar Sudi has announced a press conference scheduled for tomorrow, January 4.
Mr Sudi did not say what the presser will be about, but recent events suggest it could be about the long-drawn wrangles in Jubilee party and in government.
Haggai Kimonge led the way in imitating Mr Sudi, predicting how the presser is likely to begin.
“”Sisi kama fiongosi wasponde la uva,” commented Kimonge, mimicking Sudi’s entertainingly mispronounced Swahili.
This was repeated Ronoh Kipchumba Cornely, Peace Mbaruq, Henry Karau and Edwin Mogambi, among others.
“We(‘ll) be waiting for our agenda for twendy twendy, an please give bare knuckle(s) statement,” George Chesoo chipped in with encouragement.
“Sudi the sage the only surviving philosopher,” responded Garang Okaka.
“Murathe should be told the truth. Jubilee is United, Ruto is unstoppable,” commented Timothy Rop Tuno.
There was also criticism from the likes of Onyango Orwa. “I wish yould’ve been vocal in parliament than here,” said Orwa.
“I hope you are addressing issues to do with farmers,” replied Kimeli Joshua.
“Your man Ruto will fail terribly come 2022,” said calvin KE.
“Tomorrow at exactly 1.00 pm,” says the notice announcing the event.
