Dr Julius Kipng’etich appointed acting Jubilee Insurance CEO

Former Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) boss Dr Julius Kipng’etcich has been appointed the acting CEO of Jubilee Insurance.

Dr Kipng’etch, who is already working with the company, replaces Patrick Tumbo.

He remains the substantive Regional CEO of Jubilee Holdings, a position he was appointed to early this year.

Kipng’etch has also been the CEO of Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and Uchumi Supermarkets.

His impressive CV also includes serving as the COO of Equity Bank and is currently a director at the Standard Group, which owns KTN television station and Standard newspaper.

Dr Kipng’etich was expected to replace James Mwangi at Equity, and Sam Shollei at Standard Group but neither materialized.
